Well whatever cause that you need to take care of that here some solution might work for the problem:
- try to train your penile control, and try not to get your worry get you, and try to release yourself out out stress
- someone suggest to use "ring" on your penis, it work but I don't know if there any bad side effect to you or not
- for nutrition try some aphrodisiac and rearrange your diet
- train yourself to do a long fore play and try to do it in many variation
- increase the sensitivity of your partner with some aphrodisiac.
